Cabin 1 is an enticing retreat.  The beautiful lake shore is only a few steps from your door.  The views of the lake are breathtaking.  The short bridge to your cabin crosses a good trout stream.  It is the headwaters of the Kadunce River and it flows all the way to Lake Superior.

The deck has plenty of room for a barbecue.  It's also a great place to sit and gaze at the lake.  You can listen to the wind in the trees and keep an eye out for the family of loons that live on Trout Lake.

The knotty pine throughout the cabin gives a welcoming feeling of being deep in the north woods.  Yet you have all the amenities to have an enjoyable stay.  The cabin sleeps 4-6 people.  There are two partitioned bedrooms, each with a double size bed.  There is also a double sleeper sofa in the glassed-in porch, and the modern bathroom has a shower.

This cabin has the charming feel of a special bed and breakfast with all the conveniences of a housekeeping cabin.  The queen size four poster bed and the knotty pine give the cabin a sense of luxury.

Leisure time on the deck is very special.  Let the view of the lake and the fresh fragrances mesmerize you to enjoy the moment.

Along with the bedroom/living area, there is a separate kitchen and dining area, and a modern bathroom with a shower.  There is also a glassed-in porch with a double sleeper sofa.  The cabin sleeps 2 to 4 people.

The deck has wonderful views.  If you choose to stay inside, the glassed-in porch provides the same panoramic views.  The porch is a great place to read or doze on the full size sofa.
