Deposits and Cancellations
We ask for a deposit of the $300 per reservation for cabins 2, 3, and 4 & a deposit of $500 for cabins 1, 5, 6, and 7. All deposits must be paid for with a credit or debit card when scheduling your reservation, we accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
In the event there is any change of plans and we are notified 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit, less a $50 service fee, will be returned. ‘Last Minute’ cancellations within 60 days of your arrival will be charged the full deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival will be considered ‘No Shows’ and will be charged the entirety of the reservation.
Due to the fact we are a small family business in a remote location it can be very difficult for us to re-rent a cabin we have reserved for you within 30 days of your expected arrival. We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Children
Crib and high-chair are available at no charge, but please request in advance. Let us know if you need childcare, we can give you referrals.
